Questionnaire
Am I a caregiver?
This questionnaire has been designed to help you identify whether you are a caregiver. By answering a few simple questions, you'll be able to better understand your role with a loved one who is losing their independence or in a situation of dependence. You may already be providing essential support on a daily basis, without being fully aware of it.
